Executive council did not carry out the vote of the assembly

The assembly cast their vote to accept and follow the report from a study committee then the executive council did the opposite.  What is the assemblies recourse?

The assembly cast their vote to accept and follow the report from a study committee then the executive council did the opposite.  What is the assemblies recourse? 

 

You could replace the members of the Executive Council with people that can follow directions. See FAQ #20.

 

In the meantime, if possible, perhaps you can direct someone else to carry out the assembly's instructions.
