In our non profit co. In N.Y... There is no provision in our ByLaws of nominees deadline, it is used to, for the past 15 or more years in the notice of meeting for the annual elections of directors for the co. to have a deadline for the nominees to be included in the nomination ballot.

Can it be aloud that any member add a write in name in the ballot after the deadline date?

Need your advise

Nop, it is not allowed after the dead line

Sez who?

As far as RONR is concerned, write-in votes are always permitted as members are always free to vote for whomever they want.

What deadline?

The O.P. said that the bylaws contained no deadline.

But as a matter of terminology, if you do make nominations from the floor at the election meeting, and those names are placed on the ballot, then they are no longer "write-ins".  By definition, a write-in is a vote (written in) for someone who is not on the ballot.

Since this "deadline" appears to be made up, I see no reason why not.

Even if there was a deadline for nominations, that would not prohibit members from casting write-in votes. A write-in vote, by definition, is cast for someone who has not been nominated.

There is nothing in RONR to support this assertion.
