jstackpo Posted May 9, 2014 at 11:24 PM Report Share Posted May 9, 2014 at 11:24 PM A majority of the votes cast (where a ballot with any vote on it for the board vacancy is "one cast vote") will be necessary to elect. Each voter is entitled to cast votes for two candidates - to fill the two positions - but can vote for only one if he wishes. If your bylaws specifically allow for a "plurality vote" to select a winner then the "majority of votes cast" is no longer required. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
