Guest Felicia Posted May 30, 2014 at 09:56 AM Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 at 09:56 AM The membership voted by unanimous consent to adopt the report of a committee. A member wants to appeal the decision of the membership to the Executive Board. The Executive Board does not have the authority to undo what's been adopted by the membership. How can the member undo what's already been adopted by the membership.

It requires a 2/3 vote, or a majority if notice is given, or a majority of the membership.

As Felicia has already noted, the Executive Board does not have the authority to undo what's been adopted by the membership.

Thomas Ralph Posted May 30, 2014 at 12:31 PM Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 at 12:31 PM At least it seems to be going in the right direction. Adopting committee reports is rarely a good idea.
