Generally speaking, it's assumed that the membership is aware of what usually takes place at the annual meeting. A few things (e.g. amendments to the bylaws) might require previous notice but most things don't.


That said, it's usually a good idea to send out an announcement (call it a "reminder") of what will be considered at the annual meeting (e.g. elections). But that's not (necessarily) the same thing as an agenda.
