Can an organization's By-Laws disallow nominations from the floor?
Edgar Guest Posted June 9, 2014 at 10:46 PM Report Share Posted June 9, 2014 at 10:46 PM Can an organization's By-Laws disallow nominations from the floor? Yes. This is especially common when absentee voting is permitted. (An organization's bylaws can say whatever the organization wants them to say.)
