Edgar Guest Posted June 14, 2014 at 01:53 PM Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 at 01:53 PM When proposed Constitutional Amendments are brought before the Delegation do said amendments need to have the author's name attached to them? What gets recorded (in the minutes) is the name of the member who makes the motion to amend the constitution. Whether that person is also the "author" of the amendment is immaterial.
