If your motion to table was meant to put off the question until the next meeting - which is actually the motion to postpone definitely (see RONR, 11th ed. p. 179) - then yes, I believe that motion should be noted in the minutes so that the status of the original question is recorded. There is no need to record the name of the seconder.
