Guest Bill Posted July 9, 2014 at 12:27 PM Report Share Posted July 9, 2014 at 12:27 PM We have a small board conisiting of 5 board members. Our question is does the chairman of the board have legal right to make a motion for a agenda item to be passed during a regular board meeting? Chris Harrison Posted July 9, 2014 at 12:47 PM Report Share Posted July 9, 2014 at 12:47 PM Whether he has a legal right...you will need to ask a lawyer. Whether RONR says he can make a motion...yes (see FAQ #1).
