It doesn't matter if the board meeting was held in executive session or not. Those who are not members of the board have no right to view them. Transpower Posted July 26, 2014 at 10:28 AM Report Share Posted July 26, 2014 at 10:28 AM However, RONR (11 th ed.), p. 487, ll.13-20 provides a way out: by a 2/3 vote of the society (or the vote of a majority of the total membership, or a majority vote if previous notice is given) to order the board's minutes to be produced and read to the society's assembly.
