Guest PhilCollins Posted August 4, 2014 at 09:59 PM Report Share Posted August 4, 2014 at 09:59 PM Hello, We have an upcoming Board Meeting and we are having technical issues retrieving the Minutes from the previous meeting - Our upcoming meeting is in a few days and we are unlikely to have the previous Minutes in hand for the meeting. My question is whether we can go ahead with this meeting without approving the previous meetings Minutes and when we finally do recover the Minutes can we present both sets in the following meeting for approval? To be clear - we had a meeting in July and cannot get the Minutes - we are set to have August's meeting and will take Minutes - can we approve both sets of Minutes (July & August) in our September meeting? Can the Minutes remain pending for this upcoming meeting and then approve them chronologically in the September meeting? I wholeheartedly appreciate your responses and am well aware of our tech downfall. Thanks!

Sure. Just don't wait too much longer or you'll come up against RONR's mysterious "quarterly interval".
