Josh Martin Posted August 5, 2014 at 12:07 AM Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 at 12:07 AM We are a non profit, do we need to keep our present and past 990 forms availible for all members to view at any time? Our treasurer keeps all this paperwork in an office at his house for safe keeping? RONR does not address the subject of 990 forms. For what it is worth, members do have a right to view the minutes (and certain other records of the society) at a reasonable time and place, and no rule in RONR would prohibit the Secretary from keeping such records in an office at his house.
