Dan Honemann Posted August 21, 2014 at 08:59 PM Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 at 08:59 PM Must agendas for board meetings be saved? How long? What happens if agendas are not routinely kept. Should agendas and minutes both draft and final be kept together? If an agenda is adopted, it will be a part of the minutes of the meeting at which it is adopted. If it is not adopted, it is not an agenda.
Edgar Guest Posted August 21, 2014 at 09:28 PM Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 at 09:28 PM And the (approved) minutes should be saved "forever" (i.e. for the life of the organization and possibly beyond). There is no need to keep the secretary's drafts (though she might choose to preserve them)..
