Edgar Guest Posted August 28, 2014 at 08:33 PM Report Share Posted August 28, 2014 at 08:33 PM RONR does not support the use of proxies (see FAQ #10) but, yes, a member could cast his own vote as well as casting the votes of any proxies he may hold. After all, that's the whole point of proxies. Though I think it would be unusual for proxies to be allowed at board meetings. But if this board member was attending a meeting of the general membership, as a general member, the fact that he might also be a board member is immaterial.
