Guest Nabulungi Akinshegun Posted September 4, 2014 at 03:32 PM Report Share Posted September 4, 2014 at 03:32 PM Committee members are not currently a part of our executive board. We have 6 committees's and now the committee chairs are lobbying for voting rights. We hesitate to make the committee chairs board members because we are concerned about the board getting too big. We have 10 positions on the board now. Is it okay for committee chairs to have voting rights without being board members?Or is it advisable to have our board expand from 10 positions to 16? Absolutely not. Or is it advisable to have our board expand from 10 positions to 16? We don't offer this type of advise regarding governance.
