Guest Kristen F Posted September 10, 2014 at 12:34 PM Report Share Posted September 10, 2014 at 12:34 PM The Executive Committee has a chair, a vice chair, secretary, and treasurer, in the absence of the chair and vice chair who can preside over a meeting? Gary Novosielski Posted September 10, 2014 at 12:38 PM Report Share Posted September 10, 2014 at 12:38 PM A chairman pro tempore would be elected for that meeting only. The secretary should call the meeting to order and preside over the electing of a chairman pro tem, who would then preside over the remaining business.
