I am a board member of a national organization and need to know the following:

If there are grammatical errors in our bylaws do I need to have a motion within the board or the entire membership body

to make these grammatical changes? Content will not be changed. I am hoping the secretary can simply make the changes without a vote of any kind. Thoughts?
