If you are referring to this discussion board, just click on the green "become a member" link (or whatever it says) at the very top right of your screen, fill in your user name and email address, choose a password, then click on "enter" or whatever the appropriate link says, and, presto, you're a member. Edited to add: One of the primary advantages of being a "member" is that you don't have to go through that captha thing every time you make a post.
