Well, to become a member of this RONR Discussion Board requires no qualifications whatsoever, as has so often been amply demonstrated.

If you are referring to this discussion board, just click on the green "become a member" link (or whatever it says) at the very top right of your screen, fill  in your user name and email address, choose a password, then click on "enter" or whatever the appropriate link says, and, presto, you're a member.

 

Edited to add:  One of the primary advantages of being a "member" is that you don't have to go through that captha thing  every time you make a post.
