Guest Guest Posted September 18, 2014 at 04:18 PM Report Share Posted September 18, 2014 at 04:18 PM my board members would like to list "executive session" on every agenda in the event one is needed. this board meets once a month. we have been told by an attorney that executive sessions need to be conducted under a specific C.R.S. statute. My question is this: Can I list the most used C.R.S. statutes citations so the board can take their pick under which statute pertains to the reason for executive session? thank you. Or just leave a blank for the reason, and fill it in when the motion is made to go into executive session.
