Thank you bobby101 It means that the moderator locked the topic to prevent additional replies. It's best to send a message to him if you're curious as to why. It's best to send a message to him if you're curious as to why. Usually it is because the thread has outrun its usefulness. This sometimes happens when subsequent posts consist mostly of complaints about other members of the posters organization rather than specific questions concerning proper procedure under Robert's Rules of Order.
