Guest Terri Burnett Posted October 1, 2014 at 12:47 AM Report Share Posted October 1, 2014 at 12:47 AM We have an open seat on our board of directors to be appointed by the executive board. The spouse of our Employed Finance Manager has submitted an application for nomination to fill the seat. There is nothing in our bilaws does Roberts Rules cover this?
