Guest Deenie Posted October 1, 2014 at 06:37 PM Report Share Posted October 1, 2014 at 06:37 PM Once the content of a motion has been approved and then absentee ballots are mailed out, doesn't the vote have to take place based on what was mailed out first before any amendments may be proposed? I would think that absentee voters would be disenfranchised if motions were amended and their votes voided because of the changes. Sounds like a perfect way to do an "end run" and take back a motion that some folks didn't like the direction it was taking. Any advice or direction?
