Guest Bill Posted October 7, 2014 at 07:33 PM Report Share Posted October 7, 2014 at 07:33 PM During an annual meeting of a mass meeting, several resolutions were approved. The meeting was recessed for 1 month. When is the effective date of the resolutions? Are they (resolutions) effective immediately upon passage or adjournment of the the reconvened meeting? A mass meeting is usually a one-time or two-time event to set up a new organization....Maybe it's the First Annual meeting? <grinduck> Or maybe the bylaws committee was unspeakably slow in drafting the bylaws and it's time for the second annual meeting.
