Guest John Penrose Posted October 8, 2014 at 12:51 AM Report Share Posted October 8, 2014 at 12:51 AM Our meeting had an extensive agenda and we were unable to complete all parts of the agenda. We never made it to "Good of the Order". One member of the body would like to add his comments which were going to be presented during "Good of the Order" to the minutes of the meeting-- is this within Roberts Rules of Order? Timothy Posted October 8, 2014 at 12:54 AM Report Share Posted October 8, 2014 at 12:54 AM Generally, his comments shouldn't be in the minute even if he had stated them in the meeting. The certainly have no place there if he didn't.
