Guest CJ Posted October 13, 2014 at 02:28 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2014 at 02:28 PM In putting together the agenda for a special budget meeting of the board of directors, do we do the same things we would at a regular meeting like review minutes from the previous meeting, review financial reports, etc., or since it is a special meeting does the agenda only reflect the special items? A special meeting does not approve the minutes of the previous meeting. RONR says on page 473: "A special meeting does not approve minutes; its minutes should be approved at the next regular meeting.
