Edgar Guest Posted December 8, 2014 at 09:22 PM Report Share Posted December 8, 2014 at 09:22 PM . . sits on the board as an advisor? If he's not a board member then he's there as a guest. He doesn't sit on the board.
Gary Novosielski Posted December 9, 2014 at 01:52 PM Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 at 01:52 PM Can the elected board give a voting privilege to the immediate past president who sits on the board as an advisor? If he really "sits on the board" then he already has a vote. If not, then only the bylaws can make him a member (which means he has a vote).
