George Mervosh Posted December 12, 2014 at 04:36 PM Report Share Posted December 12, 2014 at 04:36 PM Quick Question? If an agenda's items are discussed out of order, do the meeting minutes follow the same order, or the original order of the agenda? I think it's safe to say the body of the minutes should reflect what happened in a chronological order, though there is no hard and fast rule that says so. Hieu H. Huynh Posted December 12, 2014 at 05:27 PM Report Share Posted December 12, 2014 at 05:27 PM Also note that the minutes should contain mainly a record of what was done at the meeting, not what was said by the members. See FAQ #15. FAQ #14 may also be of interest.
