Guest judy Logue Posted December 16, 2014 at 07:58 PM Report Share Posted December 16, 2014 at 07:58 PM Based on a vote where committee members voted and were not eligible and the motion passed, does the board need to vote on the motion again? Edgar Guest Posted December 16, 2014 at 08:00 PM Report Share Posted December 16, 2014 at 08:00 PM Could the number of illegitimate votes have affected the outcome? If not, it's time to move on. If they could have, and there clear proof of this, you could raise a point of order at the next meeting. Your other option would be to try to rescind (or otherwise amend) the adopted motion.
