George Mervosh Posted January 6, 2015 at 08:26 PM Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 at 08:26 PM When speaking of changing the bylaws, you don't really need to change the term of office itself. You can have a clause providing for a suspension of the term limit if a certain voting requirement (which should be a 2/3 vote or greater) is achieved.
