I have a different question. I am the Finance and Planning Committee recorder. When filing the Finance and Planning Committee notes, do I have to include the Board of Directors minutes with the notes? We do have a Board of Directors recorder in which she keeps the minutes. So I'm wondering if it's necessary to file the Board of Director's minutes twice for two different Committees.
