Edgar Guest Posted January 30, 2015 at 10:48 PM Report Share Posted January 30, 2015 at 10:48 PM Does such a book exist? Do unicorns exist? You'll find the rules for small boards in RONR (pp.487-488). I've never heard of a separate book for small boards. Which is not to say that, somewhere out there, there isn't one. Though, if there is, it ain't official. But it might be small.
g40 Posted January 30, 2015 at 11:12 PM Report Share Posted January 30, 2015 at 11:12 PM You might be referring to Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised In Brief (RONRIB) which also contains the rules for small boards and is often a good starting point for understanding RONR. It is not, however, a book just for small boards.
