Does a motion need to be made and voted on to approve the secretary and treasurer reports and adjournment?

There is no need to "accept" the treasurer's report at all, by any means.  See p. 479.

The minutes are commonly approved (after any corrections) by unanimous consent  --  no formal vote. See p. 473.

With adjournment...  it depends.  Wat situation are you thinking of?

No, no, and maybe.

No motion is necessary to adjourn the meeting if the assembly has completed its full order of business and no one seeks recognition to introduce another motion of New Business, if the assembly has previously set a time for adjournment and that time has been reached, or if there is an emergency (such as a fire). Otherwise, a motion to Adjourn would be necessary.
