Guest Guest Posted April 26, 2015 at 10:55 PM Report Share Posted April 26, 2015 at 10:55 PM Our board is having a special meeting to discuss the conduct of a fellow member. Everyone has been notified properly, however if the fellow member does not appear at the meeting to defend himself, what then? Is the board still allowed to discuss his conduct as a whole and then vote on any disciplinary motions we see fit? Also, if he does show up and then gets "sick" and has to leave, what then? Please include RONR sources for your answers. thanks in advance
