Guest Amy Posted May 6, 2015 at 06:17 PM Report Share Posted May 6, 2015 at 06:17 PM Is a person that makes a motion required to vote in favor of their motion? A person that make a motion cannot speak against their own motion, can they? A person that seconds a motion my vote either in favor or oppose and make speak either in favor or against the original motion, correct? Thanks!
