Guest R.N.Steve Posted May 10, 2015 at 08:26 PM Report Share Posted May 10, 2015 at 08:26 PM Can I rise to a point of order if a motion was made, seconded, voted on & approved, entered into the minutes 3 months ago (which were approved as well) and action has not taken place regarding said motion? Then, what can be done to get the board to take the action it voted on?
Edgar Guest Posted May 10, 2015 at 08:49 PM Report Share Posted May 10, 2015 at 08:49 PM A point of order would not be appropriate since no rule was broken. I think the best you can do is discipline (or threaten to discipline) those members who failed to do what they were directed to do. And maybe replace them with people who will.
