Removing Agenda Items after a meeting has started

Good Morning,

In regards to an online meeting held on a FORUM, can the president remove posted and published (to the membership) agenda items after the meeting has begun?  There was no discussion, the 2 items have just been removed.

RONR does not deal with rules that are specific to "on-line meetings"  (what is "FORUM", an on-line meeting program?  Is it any good?) so you will have to look to your own rules for your answer.

 

For a regular meeting, a published agenda has no official status unless it is adopted at the start of the meeting, so the publisher of the agenda can do what he will with it, prior and even during the meeting if it was not adopted.
