Guest Susy Que Posted May 17, 2015 at 09:37 PM Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 at 09:37 PM There is a public body of 3 members. The longest serving board member (since 2006) has passed away. Member #2 has been a member since 2008. Member #3 has been a member since 2010. There are minutes from 2008 and 2009 that need to be approved. May member #3 join in and approve minutes from 2008 and 2009 if he was not a member then?
Edgar Guest Posted May 17, 2015 at 09:47 PM Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 at 09:47 PM Any member (of the board) can suggest corrections to the minutes but the approval of the minutes should not be put to a vote (since not approving them is not an option). And one can't help but wonder why the minutes of meetings held in 2008 and 2009 haven't been approved. It looks like Member #1 (the dead one) has the best excuse.
