If you want to amend the by laws and you have more than 1 amendment, does each amendment have to be voted on separately? Also where can I find this information. Thank You for the help. My email address is hlcs1956@aol.com Generally speaking, it is probably best to consider the proposed amendments separately, but they do not have to be voted on separately unless a member demands the separation. For more details, see Section 27 of RONR, 11th ed., (particularly pp. 274-75). For more information as to bylaw amendments in general, see Section 57.
