Constitution and By Laws

We are a non profit organization and are trying to amend our by laws and have nothing in our by laws that cover my question, but they say

if it is not in our by laws refer to Robert Rules.

 

If you want to amend the by laws and you have more than 1 amendment, does each amendment have to be voted on separately?

 

Also where can I find this information.

Generally speaking, it is probably best to consider the proposed amendments separately, but they do not have to be voted on separately unless a member demands the separation. For more details, see Section 27 of RONR, 11th ed., (particularly pp. 274-75). For more information as to bylaw amendments in general, see Section 57.
