I suppose the board, at a prior board meeting, could make a recommendation but I think it would be up to individual members to make the actual nomination(s). And, assuming that these nominations will be made at a meeting of the general membership, the fact that some of the members present might also be board members is irrelevant. And the board, as a board, wont be present (hence the need for it to make its recommendation at a prior board meeting) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
