Contact the National Association of Parliamentarians www.parliamentarians.org They'll have a list of current units in your area, assuming there are any. A lot of NAP members belong to their state association, but not to a local unit. I imagine you found the information on Maryland, but, in case you didn't, here it is: http://www.parliamentarians.org/about/nap-in-your-area/#Maryland. There is a hotlink to the Maryland Association.
