Guest gjf Posted June 10, 2015 at 09:44 AM Report Share Posted June 10, 2015 at 09:44 AM At our Village Board meetings, we have staff read an executive summary, and give their recomendation to the Board. They then ask if there are any questions. Is it neccessary to make a motion first, as the questions would be primarrily for clarification issues, not debate. The issue is with answers to certain questions, a good motion could then be made, and debate could then take place.
