George Mervosh Posted June 10, 2015 at 05:53 PM Report Share Posted June 10, 2015 at 05:53 PM When at a national convention with more than 450 members, does the credential count need to be changed if someone leaves the convention. Is the credential the right to be there and vote? If so does it have to change if someone leaves? The credentials report lists the delegates/members and others who have right to be present and vote, and changes as delegates/members may register for the convention, or those who report to the committee that they're leaving for good. It is presented at the outset of the convention after any opening exercises and ceremonies and usually at the start of each subsequent meeting as there are almost always changes. The convention can order an updated report anytime it wishes by majority vote.
