Guest Dylan Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:32 AM Report Share Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:32 AM How are missing meeting minutes handled when the Recording Secretary has resigned but is still a member of the society and refuses to furnish the missing minutes? Hieu H. Huynh Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:37 AM Report Share Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:37 AM A committee could be appointed to reconstruct the missing meeting minutes. Why would the secretary refuse to furnish the missing minutes?
Chris Harrison Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:41 AM Report Share Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:41 AM Agree with H3 I would also point out that the Secretary is in possession of organization property for which he no longer has a need to retain. If he refuses to turn over the minutes you all could contact the police.

Richard Brown Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:48 AM Report Share Posted June 16, 2015 at 02:48 AM They have been requested several times and each request has been ignored.Well, you might start reading Chapter XX of RONR. That's the chapter on discipline. It's 26 pages of detailed procedures. Why would the organization let this person continue to be a member?
