Nan_P2950 Posted June 23, 2015 at 11:00 PM Report Share Posted June 23, 2015 at 11:00 PM Saw this chart on this website, under PLAN FOR STUDY, a chart that shows which are debatable, which are amendable, which needs 2/3 votes, and so on.... Looking at Limit or Extend Limits of Debate.... there is no "X" in the 4th column (can be amended)... Looking at Section 15, pp193, l. 3 #6. Is amendable, but any amendment, like the motion itself is undebatable. (Went to PLAN FOR STUDY; Scrolled down to Part III "How to find if a motion is in order...."; The first one "Order of Precedence of Motions", clicked on OPM)

Weldon Merritt Posted June 23, 2015 at 11:51 PM Report Share Posted June 23, 2015 at 11:51 PM Yes, this one..... http://www.rulesonline.com/index.html Ok... THIS one is the 4th Edition.... Why is that one still running? Because it is the most recent one that is no longer under copyright. The copyrighted edistions are not available on line. And that web site is not run by the Roberts's Rules Association.
