Dan Honemann Posted July 3, 2015 at 10:09 AM Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 at 10:09 AM Amendments to the bylaws should be considered in the order in which notice was given that they would be offered, since they are treated as general orders in this regard (RONR, 11th ed., p. 596, ll. 25-27; pp. 367-69), except that, if notice has been given of amendments which conflict with each other, the rules on page 594 come into play.
