Josh Martin Posted July 22, 2015 at 06:55 PM Report Share Posted July 22, 2015 at 06:55 PM Is it acceptable for the board of directors to add an agenda at a general membership meeting.No. The general membership controls its own agenda.
Edgar Guest Posted July 22, 2015 at 07:06 PM Report Share Posted July 22, 2015 at 07:06 PM . . . can the person who adds an item to that agenda be allowed a specific time limit to present their questions. No one member can unilaterally add an item to an agenda. See FAQ #14. Additionally, a member who proposes an item that's added to an agenda has no more right to speak to it than any other member (though it might make sense to let that member speak first).
