Scenario:  A vote is taken on a motion.  The meeting is adjourned for the day.  On a separate day a meeting is convened and a board member announces that he wants to change a vote on a motion from that previous meeting.  The minutes of that previous meeting have not yet been approved.  Can he change his vote according to Robert's Rules?

"A member has a right to change his vote up to the time the result is announced; after that, he can make the change only by the unanimous consent of the assembly requested and granted , without debate, immediately following the chair's announcement of the result of the vote." (p. 408 lines 21-26)

Looks like he may be too late. That the minutes haven't yet been approved isn't governing.
