Board Reports

This is a Request for Information (formerly Point of Information).  Assuming there is a time limit for a board report, the question or questions are taken out of the time allocated.  RONR (11th ed.), pp. 294-295.  So it's not the the number of questions, but the time consumed which counts.  Also, note that the questions should be asked through the chair.

During a board report how many questions can each member ask of a presenter if no motion is being made?

There is no limit.

And to be clear, there is no time limit for the report or questions asked unless the assembly has adopted one.
