We meet at a restaurant to discuss ideas. Everyone is invited. I am hoping that we come up w/ some ideas to present at the next meeting. A member speaks up and says that this get together at the restaurant is in violation of Roberts Rules. Is this correct? How should we proceed. Nothing in RONR prohibits members from getting together to discuss ideas. If someone is claiming otherwise, he's the one who needs to find something to defend his position.
