Polish Language edition of RONR

Help! I have friends that have formed a Polish Culture Club.

Most members do not read English and are poor in speaking or understanding English.

They come from "Soviet Communist" upbringing.

Their understanding of the "Presidents" duties and powers is equitable to a "dictatorship."

I am doing my best to help them conduct meetings and club business.

Most meetings end in arguments as to who has what authority, and how something should be done.

I supplied them with a set of Bylaws written in English.  It is of no use to them.

I am in need of a Polish or even Russian language version of RONR.

feel free to contact me

thank you

No Polish (or Russian) RONR that I know of, sorry. You might ask the publishers or the NAP or AIP:

for a reference or information.  Both organizations offer training and contacts with local parliamentarians.

You also might present them with a copy of RONRIB:

"Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised In Brief", Updated Second Edition (Da Capo Press, Perseus Books Group, 2011). It is a splendid summary of all the rules you will really need in all but the most exceptional situations. And only $7.50! You can read it in an evening. Get both RONRIB and RONR (scroll down) at this link. Or in your local bookstore.
